Order Processing Time
Available items are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. In many cases, orders may begin processing sooner.

Please note that pre-sale items or items with longer preparation times may require additional time before shipment. If you would like to know the estimated shipping date for a specific item, please contact us at info@nowa-tokyo.com with the item name or order number.

Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard estimated delivery time is 10–25 business days after shipment.

Most customers receive their orders within 10–14 business days worldwide, but delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Tracking Information
All orders include tracked delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped, as tracking updates may not appear immediately.

Delivery Delays
While we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, NOWA TOKYO does not control the delivery speed once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier processing, customs, weather, holidays, or local delivery conditions.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order has already entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to receive the package, long absence, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item, incorrect item, or your order is missing an item, please contact us at info@nowa-tokyo.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.
